MIDTS may collect information you provide when contacting us, including your name, organisation, work email, telephone number where supplied, and information about the operational challenge you describe.

Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, arrange an operational scoping call, prepare a possible scope of work and maintain appropriate business records.
Lawful basis
Depending on the context, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, MIDTS's legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, legal obligations or consent where required.
Sharing and storage
MIDTS will not sell personal information. Information may be processed by proportionate service providers used for hosting, email, document storage or business administration. Final supplier and international-transfer details will be added when the production stack is confirmed.
Retention
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Final retention periods will be documented before production data capture is expanded.

Current website contact route
The current website does not use an online enquiry form. Prospective clients contact MIDTS by email. This policy must be reviewed again if a website form, file upload or connected lead-management workflow is introduced.
